Yeeeeeah...someone didn't watch the water level, or the water glass was closed off from the boiler (it shows the water level in the boiler, but it has a valve at each end; closing the bottom valve cuts out the glass' level from the boiler's level).
Unless that was just sitting on a siding with no one around, I'd wager that a few folks lost there lives in that explosion.
