That fool needs a little more than polishing. Stalin was a murderous wretch, but what he do? Held conferences with Roosevelt and Churchill, smile in their faces, all the while taking shots in their backs whenever he got the chance. Then Roosevelt passed and I don't think he even acknowledged Truman, I believe he called him worthless. He dictated unchecked. Now you've got this guy who acts like Stalin but ain't got the clout. He'll be lucky if he lives long or dies of natural causes. You can only flash a gun so many times before someone shoots you down. Like my pop says "don't pull that thing out unless your gonna use it." At least I think he's referring to a pistol. Or maybe that's what he said after I accidentally knocked up my wife( then girlfriend)...TWICE. I still don't no how this happened. Shoulda paid more attention in anatomy class. Oh and welcome back ivy! Whoever you are! I was afraid you'd been banished for good!
Thanks, Sir. Like Putin, I can't die or get bannished, since I'm also a Humanoid like he is. Ever take a close look at Putin? Ever see the camera lens in his pupil? It was the KGB who converted him over into a political Robocop, after he died a mysterious death. Well, misunderstandings between dad and son often happen. However, when a doctor advises you the reverse ("keep that thing where it belongs"), there's little to misunderstand. Especially, when you visit the clinic, after having misplaced that thing somewhere where it didn't belong.

With the truck's axle and wheel configurations, the maximum weight on that rig is 40 tons, and I'm sure the tender is no light weight by itself, so the tires are safe, but only just barely.
That steamer weighs in at just a little over 17 1960 Continentals, given each of those unibodies(!) weigh abou 3 tons each. I'd hate to be the axle bearings on that trailer and I doubt they had used roller bearings, back then. Still, at only 17 Continetals, that's still a respectable horsepower to weight ratio, for old technology, considering they didn't have transmissions. They constantly ran in low gear. Nowadays, thanks to modern electronics, you could add in wheel pitch excentrics, to reach much higher top speeds. This one here weighs in at nearly 4 times more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GE_AC6000CW#/media/File:More_AC_Power.jpg
I'm a rail aficionado, so I'm fairly familiar with American iron horses, and build what I like in HO scale.
It was so sad to see that, but God bless them for pitching a hand just to have something to do when there was no school.
Some of these kids today, as well as some adults, would be better off doing stuff like this, since they're too dumb for school. Double decker streetcars are cool:
I remember the Hong Kong trams. By the Eighties, they had advertisements all over them. I have pics (which I need to scan in) of one mainted as a Mastercard, with the tagline, "Big In Hong Kong." Another advertised Olympus cameras, where they had a 'camera' painted around the big single headlight. Very clever. Oh, and I'm so tall, I had to kneel on the floor to ride.
