    upload_2023-2-28_7-18-9.png And in case you’re wondering what’s in the truck. Those of you that remember Stan Payson know that he was quite the inventor on his time. The first pic from 1947 first pic shows a newly invented air/ice boat that Stan (standing) and his best friend (name wasn't given) made. It had an Indian motorcycle motor and sported a wooden prop with no wind screen. In the second pic, the truck is loaded and ready to head up to Sebago Lake to try it out.     I love this era of Dodge truck, especially 4X4's and crew cabs. But I have to say my two favorite rigs from the ad above would have to be the motor home (which I can't recall ever seeing before) and the A100 pickup camper.

    We used to go to a state park about 100 miles south of ST Louis in the ‘70’s seems like there was always one or two of those Campers on the campsite are. Along with some “condors”
