#702 is the way it was - take the kodachrome with the pride and joy red convertible. The truck? Well, it's in the picture because that is just where it was in that moment. If the truck had been parked in front of the house would they have moved it to include it ? Doubt it. My wife and I now probably have more of an emotional attachment to our 87 Safari than any other material possession. However, we did not bother to photogragh it even on the day we brought it home from Admiral Pontiac. The only old photos we have of that wagon are when it was in the background during camping trips and one single photo taken with our two teenage sons at an unknown motel when we realized that it was going to be our last road trip together.
Man, the old "Woulda, coulda, shoulda." It'll leave you with regret for the rest of your life. Now, with digital cameras, we think nothing of snapping all kinds of pics.
Actually Silver we took tons of photos in the old film days, just did not think to include the Safari or the 4 door sedans we had while the kids were growing up. Made up for ignoring the Safari with digital tho. Seems like I can't even take the wagon out of the garage without my wife taking another photo with her phone.
