Looks like there are two Dodge crew cabs in that photo. The grey one and then a white one, second to last vehicle in the row.
That has to be a Navy base, as the closer truck is Battleship Grey, and crew cabs were much more common in military use.
Unfortunately, Dad's no longer with me; he could likely have ID'd the base. Reminds me of a funny story of Dad's time on Guam in the Seabees: the Bachelor Officer Quarters (BOQ) had an Olympic-sized swimming pool, and when it was built, a discarded Japanese midget sub was placed on display next to the pool. A few years later, a group of drunk Seabees used a crane and put the sub into the pool...just to see if it would float. It didn't. The fact my dad had intimate details of this incident always led me to believe he was one of the drunk Seabees. He denied it to his dying day. I forgot to mention, the base commander found the sub in the pool the next morning, and was soooo incensed, that he ordered the sub be pulled out of the pool and drained, set back down on the mounting blocks, bolted down, then filled with sand to make it too heavy to lift.
