    That's a DeTomaso of some sort. Probably, a Mangusta (Mongoose). The bigger DeTomasos were using Ford Cleveland mills. The smaller ones, like this one pictured, were using 289 Hypos for Europe and 302s for North American export

    The 289 Hypos for the European market had hot camshafts and 4 two-barrel weber carburetors.
    The ones sold domestically got tame 302s that owners often Shelby'd. Body flex (probably designed-in, to keep weight down?) could get tightened with a little folded-up sheetmetal and a welding rod:



    This one still has bias-ply tires :meh: :
