This shot reminds me of my Maternal Grandparents a lot. The man there with a flannel shirt and a short haircut, the woman in the middle who may be his wife (with glasses and a similar hairstyle to my Grandma,) and Grandpa had a 60s Pontiac like that (not that I was born in time to see it.) The house is also a small 1 story house, somewhat similar to the one my Grandparents had. Being that I'm in Pennsylvania and they lived near Pittsburgh, here are some things missing from the photo that would make it a lot closer: 1: A 3 door garage, which has a dirt floor, out back next to a creek. 2: A 1940s - 1950s Stove. 3: A 1950s Telephone on the wall. 4: Board Games and such near the front door. 5: 1960s - 1970s Air Conditioner in the Kitchen Window that never was moved, but ran for decades without much maintenance. 6: Common Fridge Contents (and other foods: ) Pickled Eggs and Beets, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, American Cheese Slices, Very Boiled Meat, Chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream (maybe Strawberry, on a rarer occasion.) Also some Ice Cream Cones to go. Cake without Icing, Homemade Cookies. Other things: One little Candy Dish, 1950s Formica Table in Kitchen with Chairs that started wearing through probably in the 90s, The outer shell of a TV Set that belonged to my parents, which later had a smaller TV placed inside where the screen was.
