John Malasky Inc., a Desoto and Plymouth dealership was located in Hudson, New York on Green Street when this early-to-mid 1950s image was taken of its Used Car lot. Hudson is a small city located thirty-five miles south of Albany, New York, and one-hundred and twenty miles north of New York City on the east side of the River it is named after.
We return to Phelps Chevrolet “Eastern Carolina’s Volume Dealer” in Greenville, NC for a final look at the balance of the press photos taken by a photographer from the Greenville “Daily Reflector.” The occasion was a clearance sale held on August 1-3, 1967 to begin to make way for the new 1968 models. I had noticed the English wagon, but I had assumed it was a Hillman sold at the dealer in the picture, good eye as always Krash.
