Sorry. Meant OPA. That’s right. I had a good friend that had a Studebaker dealership in Effingham, IL during/after the war. They used to buy cars in St.Louis and sell them in Chicago, because the Chicago zone had a $100 higher sell price than St. Louis. Apparently it was a very profitable venture.
