My parents, my brother, and I lived in a (I think) 1960 school bus converted into a motor home... just without the motor. It looked almost like this... I will have to find the old pics to know for sure.
?????????What's a motor------------home without a motor? Saw many junk yards in the past use buses for storage units. Some of these other bus pictures are beautiful. Make great RV's--with motors!
We've got these things here in Eugene, Oregon on high-occupancy lines, called the 'EMX'... Wife calls them the big caterpillars......
Thats quite the shy fi- bus. If you didn't tell me it was where you live I would have thought Europe for sure
If you didn't tell me it was where you live I would have thought Europe for sure -------------Me too. Isn't Oregon part of the Queen's motherland? They seem to have the same weather and the same grapevines!
Not so vintage bus photos from Daytona Turkey Rod Run. Can't find the bus Lo-Hi, or similarly named with chopped top.
My dad used to be a bus driver out west. He drove a Blue Bird and picked up all the students who lived on the reservations. He got to take part in a bus rodeo and he came in Second . I have his plaque some where all packed up. I know he missed driving a bus and wished he could go back to it.
