I'd like to get that air horn, off that thing, before they junk it. A train horn would be even better. Over here, we have these schmucks who telephone while driving. One of them almost ran me over. Because of these stupid gun laws, over here, I wasn't able to return the favor, by popping out his rear window, possibly hitting my intended target. Loud horns supposedly are deafening, at the other end of a cellphone

 

There are kits, and they do not need air tanks.

 

How are they supposed to be loud, without already compressed air?
