    Beautiful car.:)
Getting a good buck for it too, origninal and factory restored cars always bring the money. If that car was lowered and had aftermarket big wheels and tires it wouldn't be going for nearly as much.
Hope whoever buys it doesn't bastardize it.

Simply incredible condition! I presume that the Executive was the middle line wagon, half way between the Catalina and the Bonneville.

Plum Mist, that's the factory color of my '67 GTO. You hardly see it. I didn't like it at first but it's growing on me!

This car sure looks familier! Here's my buddy Laird's 67 Executive that he traded for a 68 VW Bug. I could shoot him just thinking about it... It was SUCH a good...and BIG, road car. We took some good trips to San Antonio in it. Miss it.

Yup, I got exhausted just scrolling through all the text.

I think my Safari would look great with a set of those 8-lug wheels, but unless I went with a very high-dollar conversion that they have out there, I'd have to give up the disc brakes.

Well......all I can say about this car is wow. I doubt you will ever see a better one. This car surpasses gorgeous. I would buy this car right now if I had the money I used to have. Seriously, I would definitely buy this car. You will never find a wagon like this that will come near this condition. Absolutely stunning.
This seller has GOT to have serious writers cramp right now. I read about half and then realized how much more there was left to read....not even counting all the repetitious stuff under the pix. Really stupid....the car speaks for itself.
I've not ever seen one near this perfect.

    "Reserve not met"

He forgot to document the original GM valve stems on the Plum Mist Safari. I will email him as soon as I have an extra 6 hours!

    Nice car

I was kinda halfway expecting a complete list of part numbers - for every single part on the wagon!

I've always liked the '67 big Pontiacs - ever since my brother-in-law bought his first brand-new vehicle - a '67 Ventura 2-door hardtop. His Ventura was a big reason I bought my second car - a '64 Ventura hardtop. I absolutely love the instrument panel on these - very classy. Not too dissimilar from my '81 dash.

Also, for those who are wondering, Pontiac was the only US manufacturer to put the wood Di-Noc on a wagon that wasn't their top-of-the-line. '67 was the first year for the Executive wagon with the wood grain. The Bonneville Safari had such a following with the lower textured chrome trim, that they decided to leave it as-is, and put the wood on the new mid-line model. The Executive only lasted through the '70 model year I believe. After that, it was just the Catalina and Bonneville (or Grandville) Safari, with or without the wood.

Right on! This guy actually made a great car ad worse because he couldn't shut up about it! I can empathize with his love and excitement for this car but a good writer knows that less is usually more.:D
