My bucket list is to finally restore my '61 Lincoln Continental convertible. I have owned this vehicle for many years, along with two '62's. The '61 is a special car to me, because of it's color scheme. Summer Rose with black and white leather. Never seen or even heard of another like it. It needs a total restoration, but is so wonderfully rust- and dent-free. I always have car projects going, and still have never finished my '62 Lincoln convertible, but I would hate to leave this world without finishing my pink '61. I think they are perfection! David

Had I only know you had this a 1/2 a year ago. The last local wreaker has a large assortment of parts (1961) in side a old moving van. All went off to China shortly after. I have been luckey enuph to drive 2 1962 rag top Continentals mid-late 90's. Both from the same owner "Indian Ernie". His first was a black with red leather....we have a dead mans curve under a bridge in town, a police chase going one way, Ernie and his wife going the other. They met under the bridge as the chased car skidded accross the centre line, no chance of escape. Both Ernie and his wife were badly injured, the other driver who's fault it was, I believe he's handy cap now. This crash was the final one where our city finnaly decided a centre dividor was needed. Ernie and his wife recovered, the lincoln was a wreak but he kept it and then bout a restored red on white 62 rag witch he tore apart ASAP and had it painted black. Awsome cars to drive, we took my Mom for a tourist cruise, good memories.
instead of a full resto ...how bout a resto-mod! ....food for thought!!!!!!!!!!! J/K i love the suicide door lincolns.
Hmm. Off the top of my head: - '81ish Olds Cutlass Brougham 350 Diesel - '81ish G-Body wagon 350 Diesel - '85ish LTD or Marquis wagon 3.8SC and 5 speed - early 60's Falcon wagon straight 6 and three speed column shift - whatever else I see on ebay/craigslist that I can't have
Here's my list. 1. 1978 Pontiac Grand Prix LJ Gray, with a gray half top, 301, and a red velour interior. Dang, I guess there's only one since we don't sell any of them, we keep them all. BTW have you ever noticed car are like rabbits they multiply?
My car bucket list is sort of short: 1. 1968-1972 Masseratti Ghibli Spyder: red with black interior and wire wheels 2. 1961-1966 Jaguar E-Type convertible 3. 1966 Sunbeam Tiger convertible 4. One each of every American and Australian car made between 1928 and 1973.
