    Garage kept, one owner, little rust, looks good for $3100 asking price? Yes, to me that seems screaming as well.

    It's Texas. When the roads are not salted for half the year the old cars tend to stay nice. There is a 58 Ford Fairlane in town for sale for $4k without a spec of rust on it too. As long as the sun in the summer doesn't burn them up, cars just last down here...
