So........ What does the neighbor do with the 'Arrrr Veee' the rest of the year? Hopefully, not 'use it'.
He stores it next to his shed in his fenced back yard and stores all his Xmas decorations inside of it. The interior is gutted. It does have a low mileage, running, Chevy big block in it.
