Saw one similar to this in action at the Pioneer Power show a couple of summers ago. Very impressive to see stationary, but even more impressive to see one moving under it's own power. You could hear the steam whistle for miles.
No kidding. The only thing to save them is a spark arrestor or a tall stack (like the really old steam locos), but that stack is short, so let's hope it has the arrestor.
