Maybe they didn't make any ?

I have to think the number is going to be tiny given all the rest are.

You should find the original post on the Beaumont/Chevelle thread and PM the poster to see where they got their info from, then go to that source and see what they can tell you - that is if you have not done so already.

Regardless, you probably have one of the rarer wagons sold in Canada overall.

You are right Fox - I missed that part of that post. So if I read it right, from 1965 to 1969 they made a total of 66 wagons like Fannie's

    1965/66/67/68/69 Beaumonts
    731 6 cyl 11 Two door sedan to 67
27 Two door sedan 68 on
35 Four door wagon 6 pass 66 on so I believe that this is your model Fannie, for the five years total , it being 73135. That is what you said yours was, right? So average it out over the years for an approximate number.

Average of 13 a year. By 1968 it seems like most people were buying V8's in the part of the world where I lived.

Below is the section that has the 1st 3 digits of fannie's model number. Unfortunately, they don't have a number for 68 only. However, it's plain to see that they didn't make many wagons at all between 65 and 69. I marked the wagons in red.

    1965/66/67/68/69 Beaumonts
    731 6 cyl 11 Two door sedan to 67
27 Two door sedan 68 on
35 Four door wagon 6 pass 66 on
36 Four door wagon 9 pass 69 only
    67 Convertible to 67
69 Four door sedan to 67
    732 8 cyl 11 Two door sedan to 67
27 Two door sedan 68 only
35 Four door wagon 6 pass 66 on
36 Four door wagon 9 pass 69 only
    67 Convertible to 67
69 Four door sedan to 67

I beleive you are getting very close.:dancing: I got an email back from George Zapola(GM Vintage Vehicles) He seems to think that I should have gotten the production numbers and the dealer name where the car was sold in the package that was sent to me December 2010. So I've sent off another email explaining that I didn't get that info. So we'll have to see what happens...but not until next week sometime...long weekend.
Thanks you guys for trying to figure this out for me. (y)

Actually Fannie - was having fun with this. I love Beaumont's, Canso's, the the big block Pontiac 2+2's of the later sixties (396 and 427 cars). Also the 348 and then 409 1958's to 1964's.

So checking out the websites looking for what you wanted was a trip down memory lane.

Let us know what Zapola comes back with.

    Cool!

For sure, I'll let you know what Zapola says. Fingers crossed. :)

Well, I went to wash the dishes and looked out the window to see my sheets that I hung out the AM. So I had to go get them. But my daughter had put some of her things on the line so I folded them and took them up to her, to find her sick in bed with a cold. So I took her dog out for a pee and a game of fetch. Then came back to finish the dishes. But then I had to iron my work clothes. Then my mom and sister stopped in...gab gab gab... and now then the number we have ALL been waiting for...
