I made it out of my little holler here and Tennessee and traveled to the west coast for the first time. Portland, Oregon. I’ve never seen mountains like that! The trees make this great big oak I have look like a sapling. They must love the wagons up there because I saw A bunch of newer station wagons! I saw one late 50’s dodge panel truck. The only pictures I have though are me at the internationally famous skate park “burnside” which my brother snapped when i borrowed a board from a local and this, which I got just for y’all! Hope you can read it. I kept laughing sitting by myself at the breakfast counter lookin at this. People thought I was I little off. They’re a little right 84E3E0A0-5226-44A1-BF65-EF64EFDA6875.jpeg

Grizz, you came out to Orygun and didn't say anything? For that, you could've come to Washington, seen a beautiful Puget Sound, backdropped by the same size of mountains on both sides of it!

Yeah, I only got to see one little corner of Portland and some rose garden on top of a big wooded hill. Man the woods were like something out of Star Wars Ewok village. On second thought maybe they ARE the same....wonder where that was filmed. ? Anyway, I was there because my step brother is getting married. Only stayed two days. Or I would have hollered at ya. A LOOONG way to travel just to see the inside of a bunch of bars.

That's cool. I've never been married in a bar yet. Sounds worthwhile

The Forest Moon of Endor happened to be a Cali Redwood forest. But, yeah, if you'd had more than two days, you could've driven West on US 26 to Seaside, seen where Lewis and Clark with the Corps of Discovery landed when they ended their trek.

Judging by the squad cars, you can’t do that
