Oh no! She's always gunho for a trip. She's the best co-driver I've ever sat with. My dad was good, but my wife is AWESOME. She keeps her wit and her cool and doesn't dally or hesitate. Smooth and alert. She had a nice Nissan sedan in Monterrey, MX, population 6 million, no lines separating lanes. Hot, 110 F weather, and those ornery gloriettas, sometimes 6 lane circles to five other streets, and everybody driving like Apache helicopters were chasing them. This gal is cool. And she gets out of the car, after all that, and doesn't go through the long, stressful drive stories. She's just bad with non-Spanish maps.

Well hand me a Spanish map and we'd be lost by the time I got out of your driveway!
My wife is also a good co-driver. She has never driven! She rarely tells me where to go. Even once when I missed an exit ramp and she knew it!:disagree: Later she said she knew I went past but figured I knew what I was doing!:banghead3:
So what's this got to do with a pinion seal?

Your wife is. It's all her fault. She made a wrong turn in Baltimore. ;)

She's out buying a ticket to Mexico. Mother's 80th birthday. 9 kids, umpteen grandkids, and 5 weeks of my own cooking. I'm a good cook, so I don't compete with her.

I'm so glad I'm a male. The stuff women go through. Anyway her B-day is in September, one day after our anniversary. Complete chaos, for sure. And I get to avoid it!

Great family! She done good! 6 girls, 3 boys, all well-educated, well married, and moving ahead. Down to earth folks.

    Works for me! :biglaugh:

We had this old Navy man live with us when I was in my teens. He was from Halifax Nova Scotia, in fannie's home province. Great sense of humor! My mother asked him to say Grace one Thanksgiving dinner, and he pipes up, "Good Bread, Good Meat! Thank God! Let's Eat!"

Well that was the last time he was asked to say Grace.

What got my mother really miffed, was at Christmas time, we're all in the livingroom, my 3 sisters, my kid brother, dad and mom, and dear old witty Fred. Somehow, the topic had turned to women, and Fred came out with one of pearls, "God made Man, and rested. God made Woman, and neither God, nor Man have rested since!"

As true as that may be, dear old Fred could have died from the GAWD AWFULL stare he got for that one. He took the hint, got up, wished us a Merry Christmas, and went to his room. My dad and I were cut short in our chuckling, until my youngest sister started laughing like a fiend! Then my mother, and Fred came back, with a big grin and sat quietly.:thumbs2:

It was a tense moment of course.:rofl2:
