    Thanks! You know what I hope? That the Flex-Seal carries us through the next smog check. I don't think it's going to be a "forever fix".

    Hers had more to do with invisible hydrocarbons which is somewhat exagerated, when accounting for spilling fuel while tanking, broken gas line hoses or even careless private fuel storage.
    Perhaps, state legislators could instead focus on smog prevention by fire prevention, through assuring that hydrants will not open dry and that fire department hiring practices will be based on qualification and competency, instead of hiring based on the hopes of selling tickets for 19th century circus and side show patronage
