I'm guessing, those are from a VW museum? Because the Kubelwagen was interesting due to the semaphore turn signals. All the pictures I've seen over the years didn't reveal any in actual combat to have them. And that 'tour' rig, that was interesting to see, as you wouldn't think a VW aircooled engine would be too terribly long on torque.
They probably mounted reduction gearboxes on the rear axles similar to those of the bus. This doesen't look like a vehicle anybody would operate at higher speeds, anyway
