Allright, I was jus playing about the Fords. I did always wonder why the comparable Ford (LTD) for my first car (1975 Impala) was, and is, not a common site. It seemed like the mid 70s LTDs didnt hold up near as well as the mid 70s impalas. Also it seems Ford never had a ralaible match for the good ole chevy 350 engine. I do like hearing from you guys (like Stormin Normin) how you can fix up your fairmonts with mustang parts. My favorite Ford is a big 1970ish MAch1.

You can go through your User CP, Find all posts..., and delete any threads that you started or posts. Then PM the wagonmaster to have you removed.

    Hope that helps...;)

Wow, you get a new guy, asking for an answer that he can't even answer himself, after seeing the car in person. Yet wants us to all bow down and give him a offering price of a car that we have never seen or have no info on. Then he calls our site worthless.

The door my friend, is on the top right hand side of the screen. The little "X" button. Do not let it hit you in the ass on your way out. Please Stef, do us all a favor and remove the attitude from our presence. We do not need people who turn on us for trying to help. Go to the Demo sites for your mission impossible answer, they can help you with prices to offer for rusted out junk with no titles, they specialize in junk like that.

Then take a stiff drink and relax, you started this thread then on your second post your attitude started to show, by your 3rd, you were well on your way for an ass chewing, well, you got it. Happy now?

apparently the only 'response' he didnt read was mine:)
    I thought i was clear:confused:

Ive seen this happen on other forums too..
..it always amazes me that people think the other guys on the forum have a 'tin foil hat' that contacts the MotherShip and answers all your desires..:disagree:

....maybe we could stand to be a lil more delicate !!??

Well.....at the expense of being flamed...I do feel that we were a bit harsh. Even though his question was unanswerable. He was looking for a ball park estimate of what that car would go for without considering all the details. We did kind of slam him a little. OTOH, he did make some comments that were just as uncalled for as some of ours. I think, too, that some of us were joking around but he, being new here, didn't take the comments as a joke.

my feelings also Foxy....I think sometimes that we forget that NOT everyone knows us//or has a feel for us...and gets our humor...or sarcasm...or wit...:yup:

I have found the majority of this group to be 'kind and thoughtful'...for the most of it:D...but we do have a tendancy to 'shoot 1st'..:)

maybe we should take a second...and think before we HIT the SUBMIT:D
