First thing in the morning. I just unloaded and stacked them to air dry a bit. Good and windy right now. I need 40 for the shed. 20 for kneewalls upstairs, new bathroom partitions, upstairs bedrooms, and a new pantry.

I'll bet you guys have some of these types of businesses. If not, why not? Bet a guy could make a decent dollar.

I also bought a tri-pane PVC casement window that was installed a week before the builder had an electrical fire in one part of the new house. 28" X 54". I needed a maximum of 29" X 55". Normal price here with Argon gas inside goes for $550. Got it for $100, after they reduced by $50 without me even asking!

The trick with these guys is that they are a big demolition company, with not many competitors for a radius of 200 miles. They have to move the old stuff out!

    Here you are!

I got this treated material 2 years ago for free, from a dismantled kids park because the chemicals used back in 2003 contained arsenic. Works fine for framing the base:

Looks like some good framing lumber, especially for that price! Is that the size the shed is gonna be, what you have laid out in your last pic? If so, it looks long and narrow, whats the dimensions?

I used that big stuff on the alley posts (6" X 6" X 14' treated fir), and dropped them down 4'6" with concrete. At 3 feet, the frost moves fence posts. You have to get down to 4 feet or more. Power augers are heavy, even for two guys.

4' X 16' X 7'6" High by the fence (east side) and 6'6" on the west side. I've got a couple extension ladders to put in there, and some long boards and pipes, so it's placed so that I can get them out without opening the gate. I'll put a small ramp to 'dolley' stuff into it.

We were going to put some veggies that prefer more shade there, but the wife signed off on this side until we get a garage/carport.
