Remember you old coot, we were the two guys protesting using CUTE or CUTIE! So don't be gettin cute with me about this coot situation.
I really am curious now what the designation of a femle human coot would be.
Co-incidently it was that fannie person who started all that CUTE crap. Knowing that she has past 39 and holding long---long--long---even longer---- ago she very much qualifies for whatever this female coot description is. :)

Now that you are back, look at the mess you caused old coot!
And this is not strange. We did not become old coots ourselves sitting around idly. We are watching you and other station wagon owners!:biglaugh:
By the way, do you know what time the Chinaman went to the dentist?

Sorry I've been so long getting back, have been chasing grandkids and running up and down the roads in the "Cruiser". I've put about a thousand miles on it, took it and three other guys to a high school football game Fri, 180 miles round-trip and got 22+ mpg. I was very pleasantly surprised, to say the least. I'm looking for aftermarket exhaust, not looking for super hi-performance just would like it to sound good. Any thoughts? Thanks' talk to you all later

If you really want great sound, and as a bonus and extra 4 or 5 mpg, there is a neat way to go. Get the dual hump transmission cross member for an Impala SS (They are available after market), put in 2 cats, one on each side, then an X cross over, followed by 2 DynaFlow mufflers, and then out the back corners of the car, all in 2 1/4 inch pipes. You'll gain about 20 horsepower, about 5 mpg or so, and have the cool sound. Make sure you have the cross over, though. That way if one muffler gets damaged you won't hurt the engine before you can get it fixed. The other thing is do not run the pipes out the back of the car. "Station wagon effect" will get you. The aerodynamics of the car will suck the exhaust up the back of the car, and you can well end up with carbon monoxide entering the passenger compartment. The two pipes should exit to the side, near the back of the car, about where the stock pipe exits.

You guys...there is no female version of an old coot. Men get to have this title for their very own.

What a great giggle reading this...thanks you old coots. ;)

Today you admitted to having yet another wedding anniversary. You either married very very young or you are now at coot status too.
I remember when I was in school boys caught cooties from little girls. So there is some relationship between female coots and cooties.
