    Yeah, I've got the same 2.3 liter engine in my Focus (just down a few hp from the Mazda3 due to exhaust differences), and it's really peppy. Just doesn't have a nice Mazda3 around it. Doors real 'tinny' sounding, fit / finish not A quality (but not bad).

    I would really like to have a Focus wagon but....they don't make 'em anymore.

    i drove a focus zx5 with the 2.3 in it...its faster...(less weight) than the 3

    Its called a "Tempo" garage.... Its great for the winter, keeps your car free from snow and frost. I would say that about 25% of homes on my street have one.

    The Mazda3 is a fun car to drive. :) Its on the heavy side, so the fuel economy is not the best.

    I thought the Mazda 3 was fun to drive too. And I really miss my old 2002 Ford Focus ZX5. But I'm happy to have my '89 Ford Country Squire. :)
