Good to see that people's lack of compassion toward a fellow human being in peril isn't just a recent development.
I interpret it as being a form of education through collective humiliation. It would have been unjust, if the driver of that bicycle have had snow tires with studs mounted. Let this be a lesson to life's Jack Benny type Skinflints for going cheap No empathy to be seen here either. Could this be a form of misfortune-initiated entertainment?
