Beginning sometime Friday night the wind began to blow and it didn't stop until sometime Saturday night/Sunday morning. Gusts between 30 and 50 miles an hour. We had snow drifts that were as tall as the eves of houses in some areas. But Sunday brought the sun and no wind, so despite the cold we were able to out side and play. Drift on my back patio: A guy I work with lives in the house on the right. The driveway his little VW is on is higher than the street. It's kind of an optical illusion, but the drift in the middle is about 5 feet deep.
We've been lucky so far here in Western Washington, as there's no real winds during any of the snowfalls.
Ha! You should've seen me slogging through the slush last night and today in my Buick sedan! And the front tires are near legal minimums!
Messershmitt microcar/snowmachine? That is genius! Looks kinda photoshopped to me. Any other pictures of it?
And what? My pride's ruffled, my front plate's mangled, and my big box of Cheez-its fell forward, dumping ALL the contents on the front seat floor. I tell ya, a small flock of seagulls ate quite well that day, after I cleaned up the floor. Not to mention, I know my damned insurance is gonna go up next month.
It'll only go up, if you either report it or there was another vehicle involved of which you both didn't settle repairing it between each other. We'll get to the bottom of this one, Fannie
