New Hampshire State Police #TroopB Troopers Quigley, Merritt, Torrens, Quintiliani, and Hicks issued 56 traffic tickets for failure to clear off snow from vehicles during one shift. (Jessica’s Law - NH RSA 265:79-b; Negligent Driving). The drivers were required to clean off their vehicles before continuing on their way. The Troopers also issued other traffic tickets and responded to 9 accidents during their 8.5 hour shift. We got over a foot of snow on Halloween a few years ago, but what is unusual was it was 8 below last Friday.
