They have gone upscale and offer premium coffee and some also have fireplaces.

I know down here the Pizza and Fish joints have internet. W-Fi, I think they call it. Hardee's and other do too. So I guess McD's do. Hotels and motels have it that's available from parking lots.
I'm still having trouble turning my desk top unit on and off. I do have a router and a lap top but never use it. If I were smart I'd never paid $80 for satellite. I'd just go sit in one of those places all day. They could bring me coffee, soda, and food like my wife does now.

I think it's stupid to have Wi-Fi in those restaurants. Too many people order a small coffee or some quickie biscuit then spend hours taking up a table for 4 or 6 to play with their toys.

I never have figured out what an internet cafe' is. Haven't gone in one. Some say they are on-line gambing places which is illegal, I think! But that's why I try not to think much. :p

Thats an extra $5 that those restaurants would not get if that person stayed home.

Yes, I know that. And if they don't offer it someone else will.

When I get home, I will be doin the McD's WiFi thing, since there is one not too far from work. I have my phone, which has WiFi on it, so i don't need to drag my laptop everywhere with me. The little town I work in only has McD's and Burger King and I wont eat at BK because they burn up 15 minutes of my lunchbreak F'n around before they get me my damn food, they also don't have WiFi the last I knew.

I don't much care for McShizzles, I need to be able to use the crapper within 20 minutes after eating there, but its cheap, I can do lunch for $3.12 a day after tax and that will likely be all I eat for the day.

Or another restaurant. By your pics it looks like they're stepping it up a bit, nice. I haven't been in a Mickey D's for years, but I don't go to fast food places much. And WiFi...cool!

Yes there is real food, but its cheaper to get 2 cheeseburgers and 2 apple pies from McShizzles then it is to even pack a lunch. $3.12 and never get out of the car. Pull around and park next to the building and talk to my wife and kids through Yahoo Messenger on my phone using their WiFi connection. Free phone call to a country 10,000 miles away. Plus I get to keep my plumbing clean with the laxatives they seem to put in their crap foods. :rofl2::rofl2:

... Has any one seen that movies with Stalone called "Demolition Man"? You know, the futuristic movie where Taco bell is the only restaurant left and it is upscale dining...

I always thought Taco Bell was already upscale dining! At least that's what I tell my wife.
As far as McD's causing sudden bodily functions, I just thought that was us old people. We had to stop eating there and Kentucky Greased Chicken. :slap:

Since the Florida Hardee's have gone Mexican we can eat tacos and other simulated Mexican food at the same time we order burgers and fries. Ain't America great ?

A really good friend of ours once worked as a manager for a local KFC... He got a shipment of rancid chicken and sent it back. The regional manager came and chewed his @$$ out for doing so. He told him to soak it in vinegar and then use it. My friend quit on the spot and refuses to eat from any KFC. He has done some looking around and has discovered that it isn't just a local thing either...
