    F*^#d's Better idea?

I own two FORDS. A 1939 Ford with all GM drive train. No Ford markings on the body. I also own a 1941 Ford, also all GM drive train, no Ford markings on it. I've owned both cars way longer than Ford did. They are mine and I've been taking pictures of them for many years! Ole Henry would Sh*# if he saw what has happened to FOMOCO.-For some reason the yeller 1941 photo didn't show up. Maybe Ford repossesed it. For those eagle-eyed car nuts this is not my 1939 Ford. All I could find quickly was this 1940, similar.

Guess I'm safe then. Seems the factory, or the designers, decided that a Thunderbird is not a Ford. The only Ford identifiers on them are the ownership slip, the keys, and the owner's manual. Not a single Ford logo to be found. Now I know why I want to build a Thunderbird wagon.

Read the final post. Ford let them print. It was a misunderstanding.

Ridiculous. Instead of spending all that money on their legal staff to proceed with such a stupid claim, they ought to be putting it into the design of a new wagon!
