I would most certainly be doing some serious haunting of anyone that would put my dead body in that abomination! They would never have a sound night's sleep again for as long as they live! :whip:

Oh, it gets worse. Sadly I saw the pics of this thing when it first came out. I hadn't seen that smaller one yet that has been so unfortunately repeated.

    Okay I can already tell...

... I'm goinng to go overbaord on this one.

    Think of these instead.

I submit to you these depictions of deathly curiosity. Not merely random renderings of conveyance. These are the mutations of the mechanical, the taxis of the unsuspecting damned, that patrol the streets outside the Night Gallery located comfortably on the edges of The Twilight Zone.

Nice selection of "Art Cars". I can see a gearhead zombie stumbling upon one of the more baroque and be as delighted as a zombie gets.

The Mustang hearse saved the thread.

Though I'm old school when it comes to hearses. If it's not a 63-66 Caddy, I'm not interested. Specifically the '63 S&S Victoria, it's just right. Though I wouldn't turn down a Eureka of any year.

I'm going to build my own hearse out of a 1961 Continental convertible I have. Shoot, I may even build my own matching slab-side casket.
I'm kind of a control freak. :yup:
Would you think I'm a total nutjob to let y'all know I've actually thought a lot about this? Thought so...lol! :coco:

Well, 81X - now you know how they get such great fuel economy out of these things. While the "passenger" is spinning they are recharging the Hybrids batteries:lolup:

    That is funny!

I don't care for the new Lincolns either... Doesn't feel right.

The new Lincoln SUVs that try to echo the early '60s Continentals are quite attractive in my humble opinion. Turning them into hearses doesn't do it for me at all though. If I still have my Custom Cruiser when I pass on, I want to be put in the load area and pushed off a high cliff.
