    Latest entry in the "travels of the Freestyle"

    The boys and their Dog and I needed to run an errand last night and in the process Mrs. OrthmannJ suggested we take her car.
    So we could fill it up with gas.
    Then she suggested we go and get ice-cream after we filled the car with gas.
    She clearly knows how we operate. :LOL:

    It’s nice when everybody wins. She got the best of you though Jeremiah. Bet the gas was more than the ice cream. Lol. Bet Caleb had a better time eating ice cream than filling moms car.

    Yes it is. You're right about the gas being more than the ice cream. And also right about Caleb enjoying the ice cream more than filling the car.
    I do enjoy having these experiences with my boys. Got to do them while I still can.

    Well the beauty of being a dad like you is there’s not gonna be much you look back on and say…. Golly, should have done that with the boys. You and those boys are truly the 3 Amigos. Seeing how the world is today… gotta say it sure is refreshing.

    Don’t forget the windows. Route 66 road trip/2016. 620548E9-0689-4868-A7D2-5B56078D55FD.jpeg She’s a junior in college now and takes care of her own car. Both have learned how to do their first oil change otherwise the car didn’t leave home at the first 3000 mile point.

    ***UPDATE*** the seller flaked out on me and won’t respond to our calls to pick it up. He did finally say “go away”
    I was hoping it was a misunderstanding but it doesn’t seem so.
    Is a mans word worth anything these days?

    Ah........ Baskin-Robbins ice cream

    Our local B-R franchisee didn't make it through the Covid-19 experience, and went bust. But on the good side, the store has been remodeled into a Jersey Mike's sandwich shop, which is our favorite, so the drive to get a sandwich is much closer now.
