I kin run bout five hundred on a single charge without a problem with it stepped down one notch fer quality...
Wow! Looks like the car (and motorcycle) crazies took over the town...... I was surprised to notice only a few 'Canadian' vehicles. Is that something that's becoming a thing of the past? One of these (only in beige) was my first car, in 1969.........(same body style) The trim on this '58 Ford tells me it's Canadian..... what was it called? Looks like you had very nice day, weather-wise, too!
The 63 Oldsmobile is a very rare little car....Only one I know of in our area...It is in very nice shape and he drive's it quite a bit.... The fifty eight Ford is a Fairlane model....It is the low end of the Fairlane model line...It was available in both US and Canada....Funny you pick that car as it was my car at one time....It is a six cylinder with a three on the tree...It would run all day at seventy MPH and still give over twenty miles to the gallon...I had the car for a few years and then painted it in base clear...I put on fender skirts and one new rocker pannel...that would be at least fifteen years ago...Sold it to my buddy in Telkqua....He then traded it fer a 69 Chev truck....The owner of it now have driven it all over and had it to the state's a couple of time's....Her husband passed away last year with cancer but it is good to see that she is driveing the car...She sold their turnpike cruiser but kept the Fairlane cause she like's how it runs...It is an easy car to drive and being a more door is conveiniant as we git a little older and not bend
I painted it and put in a new headliner and windlace and door rubbers and skirts....It cleaned up very nice at the time.....Was great driver....
What a neat idea for a hatch! Looks like a piece of siding or pull-down shade from the cieling: http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k310/Ford_Fellow/Album number 11/IMG_6608.jpg
