    If it turns out to be a VW, then I would agree its a "crapcar", but that opinion only comes from me being the owner of a 2002 VW "Crapcar" Wagonette (also known as a Passatt or as my mother calls it, a "Piss-what?"). I know that thing in your photos isn't a Passatt though, and not a Thing either.

    Good try KK, but the Wartburg was a 2 strokes 3 pots and this one is a 4 pots. So it can't be a Wartburg.

    You win my consideration, and... and the period is right :p. Production of this wagon started in 1980 to be stoped in 1985, while the saloon was produced from 1971 to 1987.


    Not a Mini, and not a VW...
