Do people still leave shopping carts randomly left about? Over here, you've got to set them free with a coin. As soon as you shackle it back up, the coin gets returned. They started doing this, when lowlifes would use them to bring their groceries home with them and didn't rteturn them thereafter. Bums would transport their belongings in them, also
Only at our airports. I guess, with how much corporations rape our pocketbooks, it's an incidental cost that doesn't hurt the shareholder's dividends.
This is one of my pet peeves...I’ve had several altercations in the grocery parking lot because I can’t keep my mouth shut. I can’t help but describe to these people what lazy @#$%s they are
Haha. YOUR EITHER LAZY OR IGNORANT!!!SO WHICH IS IT?!?! WHAT ARE YOU DEAF TOO?! I ASKED YOU A QUESTION!!
Come over here to the dry side for a week Andrew. You'll be fluent in no time. Well, at least you'll know all of the swear words...
There is a local shop that does a lot of work for our business and I have gotten to know the owner over the years. He's a car buff himself and they always seem to have neat stuff in there that they are working on. The owner Jim came by last week to give me a wall calendar and while we were visiting he mentioned another customer of his had just finished up his old Plymouth wagon. He said that the next time he saw him, he'd have him bring it by so I could check it out. Well, I wasn't expecting that day to be December 27th, but that's just what happened. I was actually out doing inventory and I got a call from inside the building that there was a gentleman here to see me. Turns out Gary had been over to see Jim to get something adjusted on the Plymouth. Jim told him he should swing by and show me the car. My boys are out of school for the Christmas holiday, and they happened to be at work with my wife, so they were able to see it as well. They thought it was very cool. My youngest son Caleb even got to sit in the car. He thought that was pretty neat. He did a very nice job with the restoration, the paint is a modern color that was as close to the original as he could find. If I recall correctly he said it was a BMW color. It looks fantastic in person, especially when the sun hits it just right. It was a fun, unexpected surprise. Gary is a great guy and I look forward to seeing him and his wagon out cruising around this coming year.
