I didn't mean to be a Rambler, but I almost got sidetracked when I mentioned taking an Airflite to go Cross Country. Especially these days when you could be going to Nash ville yet the pilot gets distracted and over shoots that city and before you know it the Jet you're on is making an emergency landing on the Hudson river. But I'm way off topic now. After all, I have a Wasp problem, not a Hornet problem.
Yeah, they were a little weak compared to that leaning "tower of power" so they came out with a 258 version. Which ended up being the 4.0 HO - basically the longest produced 6 cyl. engine design ever . . . .
Maybe Jim could get some answers at the Country Club. Or, he could buy that book, and find out about "Going Rogue"! David
I forgot all about the Marlin. My brain must have gone through the SC/Rambler. What else did I miss? (Not counting the Pacer.)
Yeah, I almost had the Kaiser flown in on a Terreplane to help out - that woulda given you guys the Willys . . . . .
