Went to the National Corvette Museum this weekend. It is a Nice Friendly Place. It was interesting to see the Sink Hole Display. I never knew the most damaged Car is 1 of 4 Mallet Converted 2001 Z06 cars. As the owner of a Mallet Solstice it made me a little Sad.
It would never have become Department of Transportation approval, simply because there was nothing there to protect passenger and driver in a roll over. Otherwise, a good idea. However, maybe they should have designed the fender skirts to have been removable in a traditional way and at the crease. The way they did it there looks like they've gotten the idea from an ordinary toilet clap on a sunken ship sitting on the ocean floor on its side.
