Too much liability for me these days, but hey you're only young once so might as well enjoy it! I'd have done it when I was in college too given the opportunity. Drove a rusty 84 Cavalier wagon and a sharp looking 90 Pontiac 6000 wagon during my college days. I did move belongings to/from the dorm for some people, and we used to cruise around for fun and sometimes camp in the back.

The plow made me money once. It normally doesn't leave the driveway, but after midnight one night when I was plowing, some folks from Ohio came up to a vacation rental a few houses up the road and found the driveway plugged. Nobody else was up/out, so they asked me to clear it for them and so I did. Didn't ask for anything but they gave me $30.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind cramming 7 passengers in the Griswold if they were all female. ;) That's one of the perks of having a bench row seat up front. Who needs a pickup truck? Lol.

Lol, MotoMike. Well, seeing as how I don't currently have health insurance, I'll just have to bite the bullet and take care of it the old fashioned way......haha.

Great idea, the only thing i would be scared of is if my car broke down i would have to pay for a bus for everyone. but it does sound like a cool road trip and you would be meeting new people, never know some may become your friends for life.

Came across a bumper sticker for your plan. You could add or remove certain stipulations depending on your tolerance, especially illegal ones. I'd gladly put 7 with the first two rows female only. Gotta have at least another guy or two to assist. To quote a scholar, "it ain't no fun, if the homies can't have none."

I found the sticker amusing and i apologize if offends anybody and will remove it if I'm breaking any rules.

Don't jinx it! The same thought has crossed my mind, but I haven't dared to actually put it into words. If my car breaks down, I blame you, gray07. :p

Where is it written that you would have to buy all these fine young ladies a bus ticket if your car breaks down .... just rent a motel room whilst your car gets repaired and offer "a roof over your head" to any of those that need it.

I don't care much for the 'ban country music' one next to it.

    http://www.hybridredneck.com/

I have a group of friends that want to attend this event. See where it says $20 for a car load of people?? It's $10 per person to get in BUT it's $20 for a car load of people! I figure the people with me will collectively save $130!:D(y) I can get 15 in that cappy no problem.:biglaugh:
