Not yet, but their '64 chevy X frame looks good. I won't be able to decide squat until I get the right car. If I don't start with a car that was registered here, they won't let me certify and get plates.

You wanna send me the link to the thread? I'm in the Manitoba division, so I rarely get to go through the tens of thousands of threads in the others.

Yeah! My Own! Check this out! Complete with pictures, step by step!

    Awesome!

Now I just have to do some paper sketching, dimensioning, tech specs to make sure I can get my hands in the tight spots, and some styling.

This Imperial Site has some good articles on what Chrysler's Design teams went through to plan a car out:
    http://imperialclub.com/Articles/index.htm

And those earlier links will give me some good sizing info.

And this one clears up some info on the kinds of structural issues to think about:

I figure why not? It's the only way I will have a Hot Rod.. And after I get done with my wagon I will be able to do a better job doing things from scratch. I would love to have a 32 Ford Truck with a 302

    :D
You know what's frustrating? We take a long time getting all this knowledge, finally know how to do stuff, and our shadows get shorter, maybe too short to enjoy our efforts like we thought we could. But its only a passing frustration, because its more fun doing it. Most of the guys here, get one project done, and then start another. We hate losing momentum.

A PunchCad VP sent me a New product infomercial email, and I emailed him back, wondering why he doesn't get his design tools on these car buff forums. Probably have to find out how to direct their eMarketing efforts through Yahoo or Google's site slurping system (Marketing Intelligence Gathering). Hope they find a way, 'cause it would sure help a lot of guys to make their own custom features or parts.

Might be scared he wouldn't sell enough tools or parts.

No, they've got some new templates and add-ons and a more high-powered CAD product (different than the Punch version) called Shark. I tried to show him how many different car-buffs are looking for modelling software to make parts they need or need made. Hope he looks into the links (you know me the Link Pester) to see if the Design committee buys into the idea. These forums are all Picture-capable, so it makes sense to share our ideas with decent tools.:)
