Ya, tha wagon really had some nice patina..............Or as we called it in Illinois RUST! But I did like the BEFORE interior! I'll bet it was comfortable on road trips.
The previous owner told me that the wagon spent some time on a farm. A be willing to bet that the hogs would rather sleep in there pin rather than the front seat. This is our ongoing project 34 5 window thought you might like as well. Guess we have to live with the new patina but it sort of grows on you.
Thanks for the thumbs up. Headed to a couple of shows this weekend finally sunshine and cool weather. The hot rod has been a fun project here are some pics we took this one down. Last pic father and son does not get any better than that.
:2_thumbs_up_-_animaYou guys really have some nice junk. Have fun cruisin and showing that fine wagon. The coupe would be a problem at the drive in picture show! But I don't remember watching too many movies anyway!
Denny, We like finding the diamond in the rough. Weather is going to be nice so we are going to make two. The Sat. show is at the Military Aviation Museum in Va. Beach. The Sun show is at Langley speedway near the Air Force base in Va. Both have great causes and can't wait to get there.
Car and bike shows are always fun. And when for special causes, even better. Remember, winning a trouphy is often who has the most club members and not who has the best car. Altho 57 Chevy and red are winners everytime! Hope the weather is good for you.....Remember...pictures!
Air & Auto show What a great day for a show it finally shopped raining. Chalk up one for the Station wagons. They had some great cars there, and was very happy to walk away with 1st place in the Vintage class. Everyone including the judges loved the car. They raised a lot of money and had a great showing over 150 cars.
