    Yeah, I realize the car for sale is not a vista cruiser, but I've always loved that body line "wave".
    Beautiful car, wish I had the money and space for a few more.

    Going by the location and name on evilbay it looks like this is the guy who most likely saw it posted here and then went and bought it. He sure kept the purchase a secret, no posts about it.
    If you are truly interested in a car or want to give a friend a chance on it don't ever post the phone number and/or location on a forum, best to keep it close to the vest until a deal is made.
    The car doesn't look like it's that great even for $2900 IMO.
    I shudder to think of what's under under that bad paint and who knows what the underbody looks like.
    You could spend twice as much on decent rust-free car and still be way ahead of what that car would cost you to get in shape, so no great deal or loss.;)

    AL, i was under the car...well, as best as i could with it on the ground.
    it was pretty clean. not perfection but not mid atlantic crusty either.
    the thing that scares however...look at those rust stains in the 3rd row picture!:confused:
    i didnt get to look at the inside of the car when it was here.


    on that note... i'm thinking of selling tiki. $4,500.... time for a new project. maybe a cadillac fleetwood like tom has. or a mercedes w123 diesel wagon.
