I am part of the SS forum, not a very welcoming bunch because I do not have 26" wheels an $50k invested in my car. I much prefer it here, you guys are great and more my speed.

When I do the injectors, I will do a picture step through. There really is not much to it and if you have access to a dremel or die-grinder, the only cost is the $5 gasket. The computer will likely run you into the hundreds of dollars. You will love the 3.73's, the take off difference will be brutal. The downside is it will effect your speedo as well as your mileage. I would also look for a posi carrier, coz it is gonna want to tear that right rear tire right off the rim.

What to name her? hmmm... Something like "Miss Lucky", Fortuna (not Ford Tuna:D), Gotta connect her name to how she came into your hands. Roadmistress? It's definately a Road Queen land yacht, so marine names would fit her just fine. Good luck with that.

Some guys have all the luck! Congrats on your Roadie score. You will enjoy it. I have had my '91 Olds CC for several years now and it would be the last car in my fleet to go. As for gremlins, I have one electrical one that is no big deal. One day I noticed my radar detector was not working. The lighter socket had a very small amount of power going to it......barely lit the test lamp. I ran a new wire to it with full 12V with switch on and all seemed well. Now, whenever I open the tailgate, I lose my radio presets. That is hardly any price to pay for a car that runs and rides like this one and gets almost 28 mpg on the road.

    Amazing!

WOW! That beats all doesn't it? It restores your faith in people after the story of the guy trying to sell a rusted out car for thousands, and this guy who loved this car, just gave it to you because he knew that you would take good care of it. :162: Amen!
