That's a thousand dollar or less car in my book. Good tires can mean a lot of different things too. Right off the bat you can see they're no good, they aren't whitewalls! It looks like the car wash it just went through most likely bent the antenna over as seen in the one pic and then it's partially down in the other pic?? That may need some attention.
