    $125,000. Yee-ikes!

But kinda cool. Wonder how many would have been sold if it went into production?

It is a neat concept, Pontiac had a couple of Prototypes made in 78 and they almost went into production in 1980 but a problem with the supplier and the 79 Gas hike did the project in. I only remember seeing this 85 car once. I don't think it ever got serious production consideration. I like it better than the strange formal roof hatch option that did make limited Production. A few other Firebird Wagon Concepts. The 1st is the 78 T/A that was later updated with a 1979 front end and sent back out on the car show circuit.

Its Hard to tell from this shot but the Silver 78 also survived with the 79 Front Sheet Metal.

Year one did a 4th Gen Version with some Help from Hurst. It was on Woodward ave around 2002.

They seemed to have made more 3rd Gen Versions than the seller alludes to. I have never seen the next 2 but I like the Black T/A
