Great job! Just found this thread so read it from start to finish, quite a bit of repair work done there. Those are great looking cars. Gonna put the AC back in it?

Definately gonna be putting the A/C back in her. Most of the vacuum lines were burned from the fire from when i bought the car so im gonna have to tear the dash apart and get some new lines ran. To give ya an idea of what i had to work with here is a picture of the engine when i bought the car! If you have a Pontiac watch that loom of wires that runs over the heat crossover on the manifold! Thats what caused this fire. Fortunately i replaced a few things and gave it a new engine harness and it runs like a champ! Hard to believe looking back at this picture.

If anyone has this part ---------------^ for the drivers side let me know. Its the fender chorme. Ive been robbing parts off a catalina wagon here but as fate would have it, it was wrecked on the drivers side. Just wanted to post up a couple pictures for you guys since ya probably havent heard from me in awhile. I know you missed me :D

The paint and body work look great. Are you going to upgrade the interior? That cinder block doesn't look so good for lower lumbar support.

Thanks alot for Steve's info. He has everything i need! The interior is all good minus the drivers side front seat and headliner. Luckily when i bought the car it had sat with the seats folded down which saved all the rear seats. :yahoo:

Speaking of seats . . . :rofl2: Does anyone happen to know of a place that sells the factory seat covers to re-upholster the front seat? I have scoured the net but i cannot find any for a bench seat on a 69 bonneville wagon. I finally pulled the car out of the paint booth since i painted it. Its definately not a finished product yet but damn is it getting close!
