I spoke to Robert, the guy who was going to do our body work. He injured his back awhile back and trying to weild those quarters on would be to much for him. I wasn't really surprised, actually a little relieved. I work with his wife and she has been dropping a few hints. I'm glad they finally just came out and said something.
He has offered to do the actual body prep work and painting, if we want him to. And I do, he is really good at what he does. So tomorrow I'll make a few calls and start looking for a shop that can do the weilding. I was speaking to a guy back in the spring, he told me to give him a call if Robert wasn't able to do it. When I mentioned his name to Robert he actually knew him and said that he does great work. Robert also gave me the name of another guy that he would trust his car with. So I'll make a few calls and see what happens.

Fannie this is the first time I saw your build thread. Read it from beginning to where it is now. Was gonna say end, but this is far from the end of fannie.
Great work so far and love the way you guys keep working as you find time. The color is perfect. Take a break and go feed the frogs.

If you had added the word fannie I would have jumped right on it. You and hubby are doing a great job on that old wagon.

:yippee: Hubby got me four tie rod ends and the sleeves for Christmas. Just as soon as his shoulder is feeling better he'll be putting these on and she'll be off to the b-shop.
We were hoping to have her to the b-shop before Christmas. Hubby was expecting to have his surgery sometime in Jan. or Feb. but the hospital had a cancellation so hubby got in sooner then we thought, which is all good, he was in alot of pain. Since the surgery, other then the actual incision, he seems to be without pain.

    Excellent (y)
