Hi folks, I have had a few wagons in my life as has my wife. She tells a story about a Mercury Colony Park station wagon she used to have and she referred to it as the "Death Trap." She says the electric windows had stopped working and that the doors could not be opened from the inside so you had to push the window down and open from the outside!

I grew up with a 56 Chevy Bel-Air Wagon. I went to Southeast Asia in 68 and expected to get the car when I came back but it was not to be.

I currently own a 1961 Ford Falcon Fordor wagon with the 144 cuin whopping 85hp engine and the two speed Fordomatic tranny and a 3.9:1 rear end.

    Hope to chat with yall.

Welcome aboard. I'd love to see some photos of your wagon. I have a soft spot for that first generation falcon.
