Me too. So why did I repaint it, add a chrome oil pan and tranny cover, chrome valve covers, and make it purdy?
Hey, we can still haul stuff!:rofl2: Good luck.

i have this stock 460 and c6 hiding in the garage....gonna give it a mostly stock rebuild before i install 'em....

the rims came from the local salvage yard seems like a nice fit (ford ranger truck).

After much debate whether to replace the original 272 3 speed or to go a different direction......the verdict was to go with something that would remain ford heritage but give this old heavy girl some HP, torque, and over the counter reliability.....thus...the 70's 460/c6 combo.

These came from a running driving vehicle..before it was crunched...but i am gonna restore them back to factory glory (minus smog crapola) before i install.
