    I think that is better than a great deal. I know 57's have a bigger following but a 57 in that shape would have been double even with questionable paint. Enjoy!

    It was the high teens. The car has lots of flaws and the chrome has very little pitting . There's a bill of sale from 1980 showing 37k miles . It has 41 now . Previous owner believes them to be original. It looks a lot better in the pictures. It's a decent driver tho . Definitely not something you should tear apart and restore. Someone could easily drive it as is for a very long time and enjoy it .

    The only thing I don't like is that they removed (shaved?) the rear door handles so that it looks like a 2-door. I hate half-assery like that.

    How did I originally miss this thread??? This is awesome!! I have a friend that has this cars twin. Black 4 door hard top with 3 2s.
