I had one as a rental once and liked the ride and size. In 2009 Ford also had the Taurus X and Explorer 3 row, so a lot to choose from.
Sold for $20,500 on 5/29/24 seems like a strong price even though only 9,000 miles. Its still a 15 year old car.
Compared to buying a new car not too bad though. These are good rigs. We had one as a company car. We just retired it last year. Water pumps are a bit of a pain and can be expensive if you replace all of the timing components, but overall the engine is pretty solid. At least they leak less oil than the 3.0 they replaced.
